This painting was inspired by the game 'Oblivion'. I love the concept of different species having different abilities and personalities. Hear I wanted to portray the dark elf strong and fearless, defending his ground from a mythic army.
Painted in photoshop and completed in roughly 6 hours. Used hard brushes for the charaters to giev them a bit more definitive form.
